Please allow ten business days for your return or exchange to be processed. undrest. will notify you of your refund via e-mail once we have received and processed your return. If you have requested an exchange, your new color, style, or size choice will be shipped on the next business day after receipt of original merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged (California residents only). If your new choice exceeds the cost of the original merchandise, the balance will be charged to the credit card used for your original order. We are not responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us.
