THE BRAND: UNDREST. is a Los Angeles based and produced luxury lingerie, lounge and swimwear brand established in 2007 by Maria Paz Navales. They are known for their comfortable fit and fine fabrics that include 100% California Grown Supima Cotton and exquisite pure silks and cashmere. The entire line is produced in-house in their 8000 sq. ft atelier/warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. UNDREST.is produced in the same manner as that of a “true” atelier, where, like in the days before mass overseas production became so prevalent, the designer thought up their creation and then had the garment patterned and sewn in the room next door. UNDREST. is one of its’ kind in today’s marketplace and virtually impossible to find as the majority of all garments in the USA are mass-produced and sent thousands of miles away from the actual designer…the one who actually conceived the garment and knows how it should fit best! They are carried in the finest stores worldwide that include Anthropologie US and now UK, Le Bon Marche-Paris, Beams-Tokyo, Selfridges-London, Net-A-Porter, Simons-Canada, Victoria’s Secret–Designer Collections and in over 150 specialty boutiques.
THE CREATOR: Maria Paz Navales, who is the designer, founder and CEO of the brand, created UNDREST. to translate her love of fine fabrics into a brand meant to dress the whimsical girl in all of us. Her collections take inspiration from the places she loves most…Paris, Brazil, and Los Angeles. She is a true artist at heart and incorporates this with her love for the art of business. She photographs, designs, and creative directs the entire brand and is on site daily in the atelier working hand in hand with her team of patternmakers, seamstresses and production sewers to bring her visions to life.
PHILOSOPHY: UNDREST. proudly supports, participates, and encourges “anti child-labor, sweatshop-free, made in the USA products.” UNDREST. also does their part by helping keep the earth green by sourcing 90% of their materials locally to reduce the use of fuel and pollution.

UNDREST. products have a contemporary fit. However, we do not adhere to a traditional numerical size gradation because our garments are very flexible and intended to be enjoyed in comfort. Becasue of the elastic in many of our pieces, there is a lot of give in the garment allowing it to stretch to fit different body types comfortably.
